/ can i comMission a painting?

Yes! I offer commissions on a case-by-case basis based on scope of work and my availability. Email me at hello@carriechan.com to discuss further details if you are interested in a one-of-a-kind piece.

/ How can I send a painting as a gift?

I love when customers gift paintings to their friends and family :) If you’d like to send a gift, either email me in advance (hello@carriechan.com), or purchase the painting and input any relevant additional notes at checkout. If you’d like to include a card with a custom message or any other custom details, email me and let me know and I’ll do what I can to make sure your gift feels unique and special for your recipient!

/ How is my artwork shipped?

Please see the Shipping & Returns page for all details relating to packaging and receiving your piece!

/ Do you accept returns?

All original painting purchases are final sale. Please see Shipping & Returns for more details.

/ Who owns the rights to THE ARTWORK?

I retain all rights to all paintings and artwork I create and sell. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless you have purchased rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original).  

Reproductions of my artwork in any kind are not allowed in any way without written permission. 

Artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

/ Do you offer classes/workshops?

I do not. I prefer to spend my time creating more art at the moment, but I guess never say never! If anything changes I will definitely let you know via my mailing list or on socials.
